The Sales Support Agent supports Express 4x4 Truck Rental. At Express 4x4 Truck Rental, we specialize in flexible, affordable mid- to long-term truck rentals, with a commitment to on-time delivery anywhere in North America. We are currently one of the largest pick-up truck rental providers in the US.
As a Sales Support Agent, Here's What You Will Do:
The Sales Support Agent position will work in a team environment assisting our Sales Support Manager, Sales Support Team and Sales Team. This role is primarily responsible for assisting with the on-renting and off-renting sales processes. For the on-rent process, this includes reservation conversion, vetting, registrations, fulfillment, training and responding to customer inquiries and requests. For the off-rent process, this includes all aspects of the truck return process and provide administrative and customer support for each aspect of the rental cycle. We have a Nationwide footprint serving the entire US from our corporate office. This position is in an office setting and does not interact face to face with customers or vendors. The work environment interacts with customers and vendors via phone and email.

This job operates in a professional environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, printers and fax machines. Office environment in Hatboro, PA. Hybrid work schedule, with one day remote and four days onsite. Periodic travel may be required.

Compensation/Benefits
The hiring range for this role is: $45,000-$55,000 USD Annual. This role is classified as non-exempt for purposes of all applicable wage and hour laws, which means that the individual hired will receive overtime pay for more than 40 hours worked in a workweek. This role will be paid on an hourly basis. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on financial and personal performance throughout the plan year.
Sasser is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Pay ranges are assigned to a job based on market data according to 3rd party salary benchmarking surveys. Actual base salary is dependent upon factors such as knowledge, skill level, and experience.
